If you intend on getting Insurance through Wm. R. Karschner I recommend that you make sure to read the fine print especially if they steer you to Millville Insurance Company Millville insured my Rental property and I tried to make a claim for sewage backing up into my first floor unit, I was told they do not cover that and I would have to get additional coverage for that. I found that unacceptable. There is no way you can forsee ever type of disaster but this I thought should be covered.
